Seven-day seasons
The Empyre theatre puts you against players at your level, in a ranking that empties and starts over every seven days.
Alliances that go to war
An alliance builds shared works and declares wars that last several days. Coordination decides the outcome.
Five Specialists
Punching above your weight, protecting a colony, going for loot. Every situation has its Specialist, and none is good everywhere.
Destiny mode
An outpost with a 72-hour build time opens the ship Destiny, with its own research, units and clock. Few players reach it.

Frequently asked questions
How much time does it take per day?
Five to thirty minutes a day is enough to stay in the race. Build queues, research and fleet travel keep going while you are away. You can spend more time to climb the ranking, but it is not required.
If I leave for a week, do I lose everything?
No. Your base does not vanish and your production keeps running. What you risk is a neighbour raiding while you are away: you lose resources and troops, and one building can run slowed for twelve hours. Nothing is ever razed for good.
Do I have to install anything?
No. It runs in the browser, on desktop and on phone. You can also add it to your home screen to open it like an app, without going through a store.
Which side should I start with?
Tau'ri if you are new: good everywhere, bad nowhere, no doors closed. Goa'uld or Wraith if you plan to attack early. Ancients or Asgard if you would rather research and hold. All seven are detailed above, with what each one costs.
Which world should I choose?
The Main Universe if you want more players, established alliances and opponents at your level once you get going. The Second Universe or the Fresh World — the newest of the three — if you prefer a less crowded server where the gap to the top can still be closed. All three are independent: nothing carries over.
Is this an official Stargate game?
No. It is a fan project, with no connection to MGM or the rights holders of the franchise. It is made by one person, out of attachment to this universe.
